I spent this afternoon updating photographs of my work as part of an ongoing application that I’m undertaking.
The results will be available on my website next weekend.
For the next 5 days, however, I’ll be in the Big Apple!

I guess this is related to a post I made a while back – I’ve just picked up my new Martin O’Neill print and it’s absolutely wicked. The detail is insane and has converted me completely to proper giclee printing. He showed me the inspiration and source of material for this piece – a ’50s magazine that can only be described as reading for the incarcerated gentleman. It’s full of kitsch, noir-esque horror and I’ve never seen anything like it.
He’s a great guy and my current favourite illustrator, so check him out if you can.

I’ve decided it’d be a fantastic idea to start an all-country tribute to Bon Jovi called ‘BanJovi’. Not strictly relevant here I know, but I’ve learnt not to let unbridled GENIUS like this go undocumented, for the benifit of future generations.
